Phoenix Builders Cornwall were recommended by our plumber who had previously had work done on his own house. They kindly agreed to step in to finish our home renovation, that unfortunately went seriously wrong with our previous builder undertaking aspects of the refurbishment that he clearly was not qualified or experienced to do so. Phoenix Builders constructively advised of the various areas of poor workmanship and put together a programme of professional trades to rectify and make good. They oversaw the re-fixing of plaster boards the straightening and correction of barge boards and soffits and the re-setting of all internal door frames together with fitting of new doors, handles and fixings.
Clearly their many years experience in the building trade coupled with the knowledge of how things should be done, and their attention to detail and standards, has reassured us that we will eventually have a completed house that not only looks good but has been professionally finished.

Our construction project was a disaster - the main contractor went into liquidation half way through. Fortunately for us he had engaged Phoenix Builders as a sub contractor, and they came to save us and complete the project. Their professionalism, attention to detail, complete control over all the tradesmen on site was exemplary. At the end of the day we ended up with a fabulous house, thanks to Phoenix Builders and their great team. Phoenix Builders are unique if they say they are going to do something then it is done; they are very talented trustworthy and totally reliable.
